Many of us in the electronic dance community have expressed a genuine
desire to help change the world we inhabit for the better. As our movement
evolves, so do our common goals. By exploring our past we can share our
collective pool of knowledge - what we’ve learned and how we’ve
grown - helping us to bring about effective and lasting change in our
communities, and in our world at large.

Burning Man
GoTT Discussion, Thursday, September 2nd, 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm,
at the Brane Village
Join us for this special Black Rock City circle as we form a current
cartography of the tribal dance movement. Looking at its historic and
present strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats we will seek
the mythic manifestation of permanent autonomous zones derived from
the temporary. Representatives from the neo-tribal movement and participants
will assist in catalyzing inspiration and synergetic culture in service
to the whole.

Earthdance
September 17th – 19th, Northern California
Founded in 1997, Earthdance TM - The Global Festival for Peace has
grown to become the world's largest simultaneous dance music event.
Earthdance TM has been described by the music industry as the “Dance
Aid” for the new millennium. The aim of the event is to bring
together global music and dance communities to create a synchronized
global dance party in support of world peace. The event brings people
from all races and cultures, and raises awareness and funds for many
select causes. Every year over 200,000 people unite in over 120 cities
in 50 countries for this amazing event.
GoTT will be presenting its main programming of the year at the Northern California Earthdance. We will start with an opening ritual on Friday, September 17th followed by a forum with all the non-profits present at Earthdance. Saturday, the 18th & Sunday, the 19th will feature 5 hours of speakers, workshops & panels each day. We will end with a discussion on the future of festivals and a closing ritual on Sunday afternoon. Barbara Marx Hubbard, John Perry Barlow, Daniel Solnit, Wavy Gravy, Sean Siple, Graham Boyd, Rick Doblin, Jeffrey Smith, Micheline Berry, Ashley Smith, and a host of other fabulous presenters will join us.

October 15th – 17th, Sedona, AZ
Join us in Sedona for another wonderful Prophets Conference. This conference
is a singularly important conference because it is when we each can
take time to look deeply at finding within ourselves radiant beacons
of light shining out with beauty, hope, and blessing, and thereby bringing
this world desperately needed GOOD NEWS. Dustianne North, Founder of
GoTT, will be speaking along with Alex Grey and other noted visionaries.
GoTT will also be throwing a fabulous party onsite for all the conference
attendees. Once again, the Prophets are extending a very generous offer
just to our community as we have been invited to attend their conference
on a donation basis (regular admission is $355).
